\(\mathbf{(r, c)}\) refers to the video in the r row (starting from the top) and c column (starting from the left). The coordinates can be seen in the bottom left corner (usually) and are color coded as follows: x-axis (red arrow), y-axis (green arrow) and z-axis (blue arrow). In all videos the magnetic stream lines inside the flux tube are red, and outside the flux tube are blue. The velocity field is depicted with white arrows and the density perturbation, , \(\frac{\rho_1}{\rho_0}\), is color coded as follows: red (high), blue (low). \(\mathbf{(1,1)}\) Quarter wavelength seen from perspective. \(\mathbf{(1,2)}\) Quarter wavelength seen from the z-direction. \(\mathbf{(2,1)}\) Quarter wavelength seen from perspective including the \((x,y)\) components of the velocity field. \(\mathbf{(2,2)}\) Quarter wavelength seen from the z-direction including the \((x,y)\) components of the velocity field. \(\mathbf{(3,1)}\) Quarter wavelength seen from perspective including the velocity field. \(\mathbf{(3,2)}\) Quarter wavelength seen from the z-direction including the velocity field. \(\mathbf{(4,1)}\) Full wavelength, horizontal cut including the velocity field. \(\mathbf{(4,2)}\) Full wavelength, vertical cut including the velocity field.
